Cooper & Kira - World Travellers -Installment III

 ALABAMA

Here we are in beautiful Alabama.  Home of Reilly the Shiloh Shepherd and his sister Zoe.  You can read all about them here The Life of Reilly.  Reilly gave us a list of places to visit.  We are going to try to get to them all.

We started in Birmingham at the Civil Rights Institute.  Everyone has civil rights; even ISSR Shiloh Shepherds.

 While we were sightseeing we came across this really neat covered bridge in Blount County.

 Okay, we thought he was joking but Reilly said, "if you get to Dothan, you just gotta see the Golden Peanut".  Well, it was true!  A freakin giant golden peanut right there in the middle of town.  It's like a dream.  Who would have thought there would be all these wonderful sights to see?

In Montgomery we stopped at the Hank Williams Museum.  Kira shocked me by belting out a Hank Williams tune.  She got quite a crowd to gather and everyone sang along.  We rocked out to Jambalaya, one of his most popular songs.  Here are words.  Why don't you sing along with Kira:

Well, we did not intend to panhandle but Kira racked up quite a few dollars singing outside the museum - so -  
Our next stop - W A T E R   W O R L D  - Dothan is pretty cool.  Lots of stuff to do and see.  Reilly and Zoe - meet us by the wave pool!!!!
